White water is liquid effluent from various industrial processes, such as the dairy and cheese industries. By using it in methanization, this liquid waste is recovered and its direct discharge into the environment is avoided.
They are pushed into water and are therefore not mixed with the chemicals that will then be used to wash this equipment. They can be more or less loaded depending on the product in production.
They contain biodegradable organic matter, which makes them a very good substrate.
