Flour is a product that allows to have a significant methanogenic power (on average 330nm3 of CH4 per ton of raw material). Its high concentration and its high MS make it a quality product.

The flour will have to be added gradually, analyzing the quality of the digestate in the tanks. Foam is sometimes observed when the volume added daily is too high. For a ration of 30 t / day, it is reasonable not to exceed 200 kg of flour.
